List of documents
In Slovak universities, each faculty has its own rules and requirements. Therefore, we will be able to tell you what package of documents you will need to submit an application for your chosen specialty at the start of cooperation.
But there is a standard package of documents that is necessary so that we can work on your admissions campaign and submit an admissions application.
THIS LIST IS CURRENT FOR ALL STUDENTS FROM CIS COUNTRIES
• Questionnaire (sent);
• Documents with annual grades for grades 8, 9, 10 and 11 (report cards or transcripts);
• *Certificate/Certificate of complete secondary education;
• Summary;
• Copy of biometric passport;
• Signed Service Agreements (we send);
• Power of attorney (for conducting business in Slovakia).
* If a student is just finishing 11th grade and does not have a certificate yet, then we first submit a document with grades for the first half of 11th grade. And after receiving the certificate, in the summer, you need to provide documents in accordance with the requirements of the faculty.
- Questionnaire (sent);
- *Bachelor's diploma and supplement to it;
- Summary;
- Copy of biometric passport;
- Signed Service Agreements (we send);
- Power of attorney (for conducting business in Slovakia).
*If you don’t have a diploma yet, you can apply without it, and after receiving your diploma, in the summer, you need to provide documents in accordance with the requirements of the faculty
- Questionnaire (sent);
- Certificate/Certificate of complete secondary education;
- Curriculum of the program completed at the Ukrainian university;
- Document on enrollment in a Ukrainian university;
- Document confirming completion of the current course;
- Summary;
- Copy of biometric passport;
- Signed Service Agreements (we send);
- Power of attorney (for conducting business in Slovakia).
